HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, your symptoms could be due to stress but it can not be taken granted for that, I have seen many patients those have some functional elements like anxiety and depression but also suffers from systemic diseases and that can be very easily missed due to stress syndrome, so I would advise to get done the routine tests that included cardiac evaluation tests, till then try to come out of the stress, be positive, and practical, try some aerobic exercise, hope this information helps.
