Hello,

I always advise to all of my patients that do not treat the constipation unless it is due to some pathology which is proved, till then constipation can be managed with fiber containing diet, plenty off water, eating habit, daily defecation program, avoid taking heavy meal, fat-containing meal, keep the habit of defecation every day and go for it even in absence of need of this, at the most Isabgol powder can be used fainting may be due to some manure, (Undue force applying for defecation) orthostatic hypotension, besides this, it is advisable to get done the EKG, CT of the brain to rule out other likely possibilities, else it may not be due to constipation, but the given symptom of fainting demands the medical attention.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
