I am a 37yr old male post vasectomy 9yrs ago. My girlfriend has a IUD for 3.5yrs. She has hypothyroidism shown signs of depression. She is now experiencing uncontrollable heartburn, nausea and unability to loose weight, excessive exhaustion. What are the chances she is pregnant

I don't think that it is due to pregnancy.
Rather it is most probably perimenopausal transition which is giving these symptoms.
