uncontrollable stretching, chills, shaking, headache after drinking 1 or 2 beers or glasses of wine. I do not drink very often and this is happened to me 8 to 10 times over the last 8 years, twice in the last 3 months. Next day my throat is achy and I am tired. Why does this happen

It looks like your having withdrawal symptoms of alcohol abuse. All the problems what you have mentioned usually occurs after 6 hours of last use of alcohol. You should see a psychiatrist at the earliest as you need to take medications to relieve withdrawal symptoms.
