Good Evening, My 93 yr. old father has, for some time now, developed sacks under his eyes. Tonight, we noticed one of them appeared a bit black and blue. He said, he didn t fall or rub that area hard. I know this is a symptom of something. What should I tell him? Thank you, in advance for your response, and thank you for taking the time. Sincerely, Cheryl K. johnson
