Hello doctor. it s been about one month that I get this feeling that I can t breath well deeply.it s like s t around my stomach pushes or affects Diaphragme and it bring some kindda feelin that my heartbeat has a problem or disorderity..it feels like when you get anxious.it usually happens when I lay sleep.three is a motion of push on my lungs and throat.is it my heart?stomache? tnx

This happens on getting anxious or sleep on lying down position. This is most probably a combination of the gastrointestinal system, and heart. I would suggest you the following: Clinical evaluation, examination, cardiac and general check up by your Doctor' reference to a Cardiologist if there are any findings. To get an Upper GI endoscopy and relevant tests of blood, urine and stool. This will give an idea about the probable diagnosis and a plan for treatment.
