What Causes Uneasiness, Heaviness And Mucus In Throat?

I am 29 years old male. Last 1 month or so I am having frequent deposition of mucus (white) in throat and lungs. Though this mucus also comes out with cough. But along with these, I am also having some other problems that I never had before. Heaviness/uneasiness around throat area. Sometimes I feel like something is there in throat and I try to swallow frequently but this thing does not go. Then I feel spasm in throat muscle, specially sometimes it disturbs when I go to sleep at night. Sometimes I feel tightness in throat. Sometimes I feel heaviness at two sides of throat below the jaw. Sometimes i feel dryness in throat. These different feelings I am having last 1 month. I am not having any burning sensation in the nasal passage that people have during infection/cold, neither do I have fever. My nose is also not blocked and I also do not have any problem in respiration. I do not have any problem during eating and I do not have any change in voice. Kindly advise.
