Hi doctor! Am 25years male and i have a problem with pennis balls it is not in equal lvl.. i mean one is big and other is small..and when am in teen age i have full feelings on sex (to do sex )but am not having the same feeling now like in teen age. and am thinking may be this is the problem with pennis balls please help me i really like to have sexual life..

As an Urologist, let me assure you, that both testis need not be identical in size. But if the size difference is significant on examination, by a doctor, it needs to be tested. A scrotal doppler ultrasound scan will confirm it.
In that case, you will need an urologist examination.
