What Causes Unequal Tear Ducts?
My right eye tear duct is smaller than my other eye s tear duct. This can cause a tightness in my right eyes eye brow and i can tell there is an imbalance. I ve heard this may be a clogged tear duct, though i eould like an opinion? What coild it be and is there any home treatment?

you can not know the length of tear duct unless xray is taken after injecting dye. length has nothing to do with obstruction or imbalance. main problem is epiphora if there is obstruction if clogged treatment is punctum dilatation and syringing.
