What Causes Unexplained Bruise On Thigh With A Red Dot In The Middle?

hi im very concerned about a bruise on my left thigh, It appeared yesterday, its a bruise just a little bigger than a 1p peice and in the middle of the bruise is a red dot but around the dot is a white circle thats smaller than the bruise. My thighs have been hurting me it feels as though my thighs are swollen there are no other bruises or anything that could relate to this and never had a bruise like this before. Can you help?

hii.welcome to healthcare magic.i understand your problem.you have bruise.my opinion is that,
1.dont squeeze or scratch the lesion.
2.maintain good hygiene.
3.apply cold compressions over the bruise.
4.apply fusiderm ointment twice daily on the bruise for 7 days.
5.take analgesics like tablet ibuprofen twice daily for 7 days if you have pain.
