What Causes Unsatisfying Orgasms?

Hello. I am an 18 year old biological female. I'm 5'7, and about 110lbs. I've never been on any long lasting medications. I am having very, very unsatisfying orgasms. My orgasms used to be very intense, but out of nowhere, they became extremely weak. My sex life is on hold, so I must satisfy myself. My orgasms last about 2 or 3 seconds and then I'm just sensitive. It's extremely unsatisfying and the only method I can use is my hands. It takes just a few minutes if I have visual stimulation, but maybe about 10-15 if I don't. Either way, though, it is unsatisfying. I am perfectly healthy. What do you think is wrong?

Hello,

You are advised to have sex after a good sleep and when you are relaxed. Avoid sex when you are stressed or irritated. Before having sex make sure you are adequately fed and hydrated. Take nutritional supplements to help with orgasmic dysfunction.

You should give a longer time to foreplay. Use arousal oils, such as Zestra, essential oil. It will help to warm the clitoris, increase stimulation and give a boost to natural arousal. These oils may be beneficial to use during sexual intercourse and foreplay.

Avoid multiple partners and pornography as they interfere with intimacy that you should enjoy with your partner. At the end they leave you empty instead of satiated. Get clinically examined by a gynecologist, estrogen hormone therapy is helpful. It helps to increase sexual desire, increases blood flow to the genitals for heightened sensitivity.

Couples counselling, cognitive behavior therapy are helpful to resolve relationship issues, conflicts, lack of trust, guilt, history of sexual abuse etc. Get examined and evaluated for underlying medical condition, like diabetes, depression, and anxiety. Get treated. Side effects of certain medications can cause you such symptoms. Be cautious of the medicines you take.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
