What Causes Unusual Difficulty In Inserting And Removing Tampons?
I have been using tampons for 15 years and never had any issues. However, this month is different. They are all of a sudden very painful to insert and remove. I can even feel it inside of me. It's so bad I had to use a pad for the first time in 14 years. What could cause this?
