Im not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask this question but i have unusual growths on and around my penis it is just skin as far as i can tell and it doesnt hurt, the only thing involving it i feel is a slight itch around the one that isnt on my genitals. Im a little worried about this and was curious as to what it was any information would be very helpful thank you.
