What Causes Unusual Nature Of Periods?

Hi I just started my, what it seems to be, period. It's different from my usual normal period. This time it is watery bright red. With severe cramping. On the same day I experienced dizziness, and unfocused vision. Also backaches and a small headache/migrain. Please help.
