What Causes Unusual Spots On The Body?
My mom and I have these different colored spots on our body. I have them on my arms where i am really tan and the colors are a very pink-ish-white. I also have them on my breasts but they are a very bright orange and circle around me breasts. What is this?

The condition you have described is called Pityriasis versicolor, a superficial skin infection caused by a fungus.
I would recommend you take short course of oral antifungal drug like fluconazole as advised by your dermatologist.
Apply ketoconazole cream twice a day over the white patches regularly.
Use shampoo containing ketoconazole and selenium sulfite for rinsing daily.
Maintain hygiene.
