I can understand your concerns.

It appears that you have acid peptic disease for which you should take a proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole and a prokinetic agent like domperidone. Avoid fatty and spicy meals. Dont lie down soon after meals and dont drink water along with meals, both at least for 2 hrs.
