What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain And Frequent Urination?

My husband who is never sick, has been complaining about stomach pain for 2 days now. Its above his stomach and below his armpit, he can t explain very well. He is peeing more than he every has no burning, no blood and no temp. The pain doesn t move it just causes him pain.

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
I think you have stones in urinary tract or kidney infections.

Consult the urologist for better treatment.
Following are the other causes of your problem:

Urinary tract infection, Constipation, Obstruction of the urinary tract by stone and tumour, prostate enlargement and prostatitis Excessive Alcohol and caffeine use, Artificial sweeteners and corn syrup, Blood pressor medication, Large dose of vitamin B and C, Intake of food high in sugars, and Neurological disorder: parkinsons disease, multiple sclerosis and brain tumor, steroid intake

Risk factor are obesity , diabetes melitus, neurological disorder.

Consult the urologist and do the following test:
1. Urine analysis
2. Blood sugars
3. Blood urea, creatinine
4. Clinical examination and measurement of blood pressor and heart rate
5. Cystoscopy
6. Cystogram
7. Pelvic examination
6. CBC, ESR, PSA

Following are the advice:
1. Bladder training excercise
2. Double voiding technique
3. Scheduled toilet every 3-4 hours
4. Reduce fluid intake and take more solid fluid
5. Avoid alcohol and caffeine
6. Pelvic floor exercise
B. drugs
1. Anticholinergic- Oxybutynin, tamsulosin
2. Tablet septran
3. Take fruits like orange, papaya and cranberry
