Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In case of miscarriage surgical intervention is must, and it can not be managed with medical treatment. Total evacuation of the uterus is very important, else continues bleeding would be there with infection. You can talk about this with your doctor. Ultrasonography is also equally important.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
