Hello,
If you have had the abortion under medical supervision and confirmed completion of the process through a trans-vaginal sonogram, then this pain may not be related to the pregnancy termination. You should see a physician to exclude other causes for the pain. An abdominal sonogram, an x-ray of the chest, blood counts and marking of the vital data are necessary. Abdominal causes, muscular spasms, infections of the lungs all lead to similar symptoms. Simple analgesic sprays may be given to the point of pain for temporary relief. Hope this helps.
