Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
First of all do not panic.
Your symptoms can be due to unusual posture or pressure over specific area while lying down or during breast feeding.
I will suggest you to take Tablet Calpol 650 mg once or twice a day as needed for pain and discomfort. Also, continue taking Iron, Calcium and protein supplements for at least 3 months.
If your symptoms don't subside then please seek medical advice from your treating doctor. I hope this answer helps you. Thanks. Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar
