What Causes Upper Chest, Arm And Back Pain?
Hello, i m a 24yr old female who has random upper chest pains that has now moved to my left arm and back. I ve started losing my voice.....haven t went to the doctor yet actually kinda scared to hear the results. Can you give me some kinda thought on what it is?

just don't think about any major problem.
Get done chest X-Ray and ECG and rule out causes related to lung and heart.
It will be mostly muscular pain get some analgesic.
