What Causes Upper Chest Pain, Dizziness Along With Back Pain?
My brother is experiencing upper chest pain with no prior symptoms of flu or cold, also experiencing a small amount of back pain with this problem, sometimes a little dizzyness as well Pain will not go away unless he eats in small proportions and when he takes tylenol 3 pain goes away but is back within 4 to 5 hours
