What Causes Upper Stomach Pain, Nausea And Vomiting?
I m having upper belly pain directly under breast are and sever nausea vomiting change in bowel movements. Pain is every day and sever episodes about every 3 weeks where can t keep even water down. So far only thing found is celiac artery is 90% compressed and smu artery 20% compressed cannot have stent due to muscle laying on top--I have unspecified connective tissue-auto immune, IBS, Fibro and gerd --Doctor ruled out gall bladder however when they did test to mimic eating the pain and gas were horrible even though I wasn t actually eating --Dana
noted history of abdominal pain associated with nausea and vomiting, noted to be increasing in frequency. i agree with your doctor in ruling out any gallbladder pathology. an abdominal ultrasound will be of great help in ruling in/out this disease. if in case positive for gallstone disease, cholecystectomy (surgical removal of the gallbladder with stones) will be advised. this can be done laparoscopically (goldstandard) or thru open technique. other diagnostics and management will be directed accordingly.
hope this helps.
good day!!
