What Causes Upset Stomach, Feeling Of Something Struck In Throat And Dizziness?

hello doctor ,my age is 30,height is 160cms ,weight is 64 kgs and i have been suffering from a upset stomach at times and i feel like something is stuck between my throat and chest,and with that i have slight headache and dizziness and sometimes i feel like feverish.could u please explain me what is the reason for this?
