What Causes Urge For Bowel Movement, Vomiting And Acidity?

About a month ago I was really constipated. I finally poop but it was in balls and half was really dark and half was light brown. I took some myralax and had very loose stools for a week. Now I feel like I need to go, but cannot. I pass gas, but now I feel like I am going to throw up. What is wrong with me?
