What Causes Urge To Urinate After Bowel Movement?
I need to urinate immediatly after a bowel movent. I urinate during my bowel movement like always in the past, but when I stand up I need to turn around and pee varying amounts of urine, usually a small amount. This has been going on for a few months, I'm 25 years old, male, and dont have any other noticable symptoms.

Urge to pass urine even after completing passage of stool indicate the following.
There is some obstruction in the urine outflow like congested prostate, stricture of the urethra or so that is causing incomplete emptying of the urinary bladder while passing stool. It causes some urine to remain in the bladder which in turn give the feeling of incomplete evacuation needing to pass urine. I would like to advise you the following in such a situation:
-Consult a Urologist for clinical evaluation and investigations like -Ultrasonography, retrograde urethrography and so on.
-Direct visualization by Urethra-cystoscopy helps the best and can help to treat minor problems like stricture urethra during the same sitting.
-Rare other causes can be related to stress and anxiety and so on.
-Get the blood and urine tested too and further investigations and treatment as would be advised.
