I am experiencing urgency when my bladder is slightly full, every hour, it was more frequent with blood in urine two weeks ago....I started an antibiotic named OSHA, a strong herbal antibiotic since I am allergic to most pharmaceuticals , no more blood in urine, I noticed my urethra opening is a dark color, my urgency to urinate are less frequent...any suggestions?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a bladder infection.

I suggest to drink liquids and especially cranberry juice for relieve.

If the symptoms continue, I suggest using antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
