Hi,I am Neethu Vipin (Dietitian & Nutritionist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I am 21 year old and still a virgin. I have never been too obese. My height is 162 Cm and my weight has always varied between 53 Kg and 56Kg. I have always been into gyming on and off but when I jump a rope, even when I v emptied my bladder immediately before jumping a rope, I feel an urgency to pee within 150 Jumps. Though the sensation and the urgency to pee is absent while I am on treadmill/ Cycle or jogging. ~ SR
Hi there! I do have a suggestion. Try doing exercises to strengthen your core body muscles (stomach) as you are emphasizing many muscles but missing the abdominals. Another exercise is called the Koegel exercises. Place a tampon size object in your vagina and squezze and then relax. Repeat this 10 times every day. Between strengthening your pelvic girdle, abdominals and vaginal muscles, hopefully this problem will go away. If, after 3 months of doing these core exercises no improvement, kindly see your gynecologist. Kathryn Shattler, MS,RDN
