What Causes Urge To Vomiting To A 4 Year Old After Smelling Food?

Hi, I have a 4 yr old who at the slightest smel of something he doesn't like will vomit. Its hard because he has a bog problem with food smells and even the look of them sometimes. It seemed to start when he was 2yrs. It makes it hard to go to restaurants and even at home.(eggs are the worst) should I be concerned?

Hi....more than his problem of vomiting at the sight or smell of food i am more worried about his current weight and growth and development. these sort of symptoms could develope due to forced feeding in the early life. The symptoms good also reflect and underlying gastro oesophageal reflex.
