What Causes Urinary Frequency Just After Urination?

Hello, I took a contraceptive pill (namely, nexttime) the day I had intercourse (three days ago). lately, apart from stomach cramps and other such side effects, I have been having an urge to urinate very often, most times right after I just urinated, there is no pain whilst I urinate, please help me, what could the cause be?
