What Causes Urinary Frequency With Itching?

Sir I am 30 year old. I am single and i have Four problem whiich is given below: 1.I go latrine 4 to 5 times daily. Latrine is normal.2. I go for urine more & more & can't control it.Some times sperm came in the pressure .3. Basically in the stomach feel uneasy like fluctuation type As well as in arm or in foot or any where of the whole body.4. Mainly sometimes i feel itching in the urine and go to toilet then It must feel uneasy and finally go latrine then feel normal.So i want to know specially point 4.Please guide us With Regards.
