What Causes Urinary Frequency With Pyuria And Irritation?

hi DR. Iam22years female &complain from frequency; drippling &periodic pyuria but each time the amount of pus cell is differ. some time even reach about half cm. last time it was 8-10 pus cell by GUE with negative culture. i take ditropan 10mg twice &tofranil 10mg thrice aday for last 45 days by DR prescription but till now i have periodic irritative urinary symptom but during mensturation i have no symptom

Hello,

* Chronic UTI can be part of drug-resistant UTI, sexually transmitted infection, calculus related issue with urology or else.
* In my clinic, I recommend an ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis, diagnostic cystoscopy with or without Ct abdomen as per the need. To evaluate more precisely.
* As the urine culture is negative, there is not much scope of empirical antibiotics to solve the situation.
* Addition of urinary alkaliser with analgesic will help till that time.
