Hello,

Your symptoms are indicative of UTI. Get clinically examined by a Urologist. Get done Urinalysis, both routine examination and sensitivity testing. If UTI is detected, you will be treated with specific antibiotics that will help reduce the symptoms. Your PSA is within normal limit, so chances of prostatitis is less though cannot be ruled out entirely.

However, if UTI is not diagnosed, the symptoms may be indicative of Urethritis, cystitis, bladder stones, STIs, etc. You will be recommended to get done a repeat urinalysis, PSA test, imaging, or specialized evaluations to determine the cause of the symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
