Urologist 's  Response
Hello Joe and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, let me advise you, that there're several reasons for difficulty in passing urine.
As you've had an ultrasound scan already, a cause should be found out.
You should get your blood creatinine, and sugar done.
As you've had stones in the past, bladder stone is a possibility.
You're welcome to send a copy of the reports to me, as a direct question.
Wish you well.
Dr.Matthew J. Mangat.
