Hello and welcome to HCM,
Urinary tract infection (UTI) resistant to antibiotics prescribed to you required urine culture and drug sensitivity.
Urine culture identifies the organism causing the infection and drug sensitivity identifies the antibiotic most appropriate against the infection.
eating cottage cheese will not affect the infection in the urinary tract.
Consult your physician for prescription of urine culture and drug sensitivity.

Thanks and take care
