Urologist 's  Response
Blood in urine test, will confirm the bleeding is from some part of urinary tract.
After fall on your back, you felt sleepy after an hour. You must have a complete check-up with a doctor. He will carry out tests to find the cause for the bleeding and it's source. This will include blood tests like ,BT,CT,PT,Platelets,Hb,s.creatinine, and an ultrasound scan of the abdomen and pelvis. After seeing the reports, the doctor will decide the further treatment.
