I had consulted a urologist for burning sensation is chronic for 3 years. He had done urine routine dipstick, the results found 25 -30 pus cells in urine. Then did urine culture, the test is positive with pus cells. Could you advice what is the cause?
Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows: 1. Recurrent infection often leads to chronic infection. 2. short urethra, immunosuppression, non-hygiene are few causes which causes commonly infection. 3. Take plenty of water, get yourself treated after culture and maintain good hygiene.
Hope it helps. Any further queries, happy to help again.
