What Causes Urinating Without Sense During Menstruatingw?
When I am menstruating and using a tampon, I notice when I pull the tampon out that the bottom half is soaked in urine. I urinate, then wipe, then remove my tampon, then wipe again. I have never had this problem before but now it happens every time. I have been using tampons for years and I'm using them correctly. Is there a possibility I'm "peeing" through my vagina? Would a prolapsed bladder cause this?
Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your query, my opinion is as follows. 1. It appears to be a possible urinary incontinence. 2. Due to cough, increased abdominal stress, urine will pass through due to reduced valve activity and urine will flow out. 3. Pelvic exercises should help in improving urinary incontinence and strengthening of muscles surrounding the pelvic area. Medications are not necessary now. Take plenty of fluids to avoid infection. Hope it helps. Any further queries, happy to help again.
