Hello,

If you have a history of any unaccustomed activity than back pain can develop.
For that you can be prescribed systaflame like diclofenac containing gel.

If no improvement than ultrasonography needs to be done to check kidney pathology.

It's advisable to investigate with urine routine microscopic examination report as well.

The difficult urine can be due to urethral stenosis, stone, enlarged prostate etc for which you should consult a nearby urologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
