What Causes Urine Flow From Urethra And Vagina?

I m 99% sure that I have urine coming out of my uthera and vagina whenever I have heavy urine... But I don t leek urine constantly as they say you would if you actually are? Is there a way I can know for sure? I have tried placing my finger to cover my vagina while peeing and 50% of the time urine would come down that hole too! A couple of times a put abit of tissue down there too and it would get soaked in urine, but I m just not 100%! What do you think?

Dear- thanks for using our service and will help you with my advise.First of all, in order to have an urine flow from the urethra to the vagina , a fistula or connection is needed. This is very unusual and may happen if there is a severe infection,prior surgery or an invasive cancer. I don't recommend do put your finger to cover the vagina .Urine will come from the urethra and you might feel that is coming out from the vagina . The best way to find out what is happening is to have a gynecologist and urologist evaluation. They can determine what is the problem if it is a bladder prolapse or drop that is giving your symptoms.
