dad has end stage pancreatic cancer..urine now turned orange. he is on rifampin fro itching (bilirubin), but has been on it for weeks. I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Orange colour of urine is due to chronic use of rifampicin. Bile duct obstruction may be a cause.It causes obstruvctive jaundice and high conjugated bilirubin excreated via urine causing orange colour. You should go for ultrasound abdomen or ct scan abdomen to rule out bile duct obstruction.
