I am on a diet and have lost almost 20 pounds over the past 4 weeks. The diet is all natural foods consisting of fruits and vegetables, and protein consisting of fish, chicken, and some steak. I am averaging about 1600 calories a day to achieve a weight loss goal of 3 lbs per week.
My urine smells of almonds. Is this normal? My guess is that it is keytones. No other problems, and I have a tremendous amount of energy, sleep well, etc.
