What Causes Urine With Semen At The End?

Hi, I am a male, 47 years old, 6'4 ", 239 #. I am having some seamen in the urine after going to the bathroom #2 and bearing down or pushing out the # 2. I think it only comes in the urine at the end? Feels like I have to pee, but when I go ahead and try to pee...then I notice the seamen looking stuff??? any answers?

Hi,

Semen after the urine is a normal phenomenon. Excees semen come out by this way from the body so need not worry regarding this.
