What Causes Uterine Contractions After A Kidney Transplant?

I had a kidney transplant two weeks ago..i go to my clinic appointments twice a week & my doctor s say everything looks good...well yesterday & today I have like a spasm when I finish urinating & today I noticed a dark tea like color when I urinated..is that normal? Should I be scared?
