What Causes Uterus Pain,fatigue And Back Pain?

I am a 46 yr. old female with symptoms of trace dark blood in my pelvic area, back pain, uterus pain, fatigue, and no energy. I do work alot of hours and I an a full time student and mother of two, but these symptoms have been present for about 6 weeks, any ideas?

Thanks for posting your query. I have gone through it and would like to offer my opinion. The possible causes for the spotting and other symptoms you are experiencing are hormone disturbances, infections of the uterus, cervix and vagina, and of the lower urinary tract, cysts of the ovary, polyps of the cervix/uterus, erosions of the cervix ans so on. You should also get blood counts to look for anemia and other nutritional deficiencies since you have a hectic work schedule. You may also have entered peri-menopause going by your age. Blood glucose levels should be checked. Further management can be planned accordingly. Hope this helps.
