Hello,

It is an autoimmune disorder. Slit-lamp examination to detect flare required. Steroid drop like dexamethasone indicated. There will be an immediate improvement. It requires to prolong treatment resulting in the side effect of steroid side effect, and use of steroid is to be balanced it can be staggering that side effect is balanced washing etcetera will not cure the problem. Steroid any other allergen like spores cosmetic spores is not responsible. As said it is an autoimmune disorder, steroid drop application is essential oral steroid can be combined to balance the dose.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
