Hi. My inner thighs are black because of rubbing when I walk. Lately, I have been experiencing a rather bad smell in that area despite showering at least twice a day. I'm not sure if it's from the vagina, but the inner part of my thighs is smelly and sticky. Could I be habouring some kind of bacterial or fungal infection, and how do I get it to disappear? It's affecting me coz I'm always thinking that people will smell me as I pass. Pls advise.

My medical history has been ok. I'm 47yrs; 5.9ft and weigh 110kgs.
