What Causes Vagina To Be Lumpy And Ridgey?

I noticed a strange look at the entrance of my vagina (light pink skin protruding) and when I stuck my finger in the entrance to my vagina feels lumpy and ridgey. I am very worried. I can still get a finger in but it feels tight. I have birthed 2 children vaginally and am 41 years old now. I also seem to have developed clitoral atrophy. I weigh 127 lbs and am 5'1.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Bartholin cyst.In such cases a physical examination is inevitable. If it is painless usually treatment is not necessary. If pain is there then applying warm towel compress is advised. If abscess is there then incision drainage should be done.In some cases a biopsy is taken to rule out malignancy.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
