What Causes Vaginal And Anal Itching With Bleeding?

Medicated myself for a yeast infection 5 days ago. Still itching. I don t see anything around the lips of my vagina where it is itching. However at the top of my butt crack is really itchy when I scratch I cause bleeding. Been putting yeast infection cream and vaseline. Nothing is helping. Could I have hemmroids?
