Hi , How are you doing ? I understand your concern.As per you history you have some local problem in vagina or in cervix. Possible causes I can think are-- 1. Hope you sex is not painful. If your vagina is narrow or you holding very tight, it may cause tears in vagina which will bleed & may repeatedly bleed every time you have sex. 2. It could be a surface erosion on cervix which is a raw area on cervix which could bleed when you have sex 3. There could be polyp protruding through cervix which can bleed when you have sex.
